Remote Support

When necessary, a member of our ProfitFab support may ask to remotely connect to your computer to better troubleshoot and resolve problems you may be having with your ProfitFab software.

  • Click the “Start Support Session” button to download the remote support application.
  • Open the file and accept any security prompts allowing the program to run.
  • Give the support staff the “Client ID”.
  • Click “Accept” after our support staff connects, giving access to the resources listed.

When instructed by our support staff, click the green “Start Support Session” button below, to begin.

A small application will be downloaded to your computer.
This application will be automatically removed at the end of the support session.
